Thumbs ups -
Kiran Abbavaram has very good scope in his character to prove his acting ability, he used it well and he brings life to his character with his screen presence.
Lead actress komlee prasad impressive in her role though, she appears in couple of scenes. Senior actress rohini did a good job in her role as a mother.
Other actors adarsh balakrishna and srikanth Iyengar are good in their roles.
Thumbs down -
How a person with night blindness, gets a job in police department? It is the first question that audience will encounter. Even though director manages the logic, it definitely went logicless.
There is no scope for a bgm in the movie. And the songs are good enough, as they were listenable only in theaters. If the director had written screenplay in a racy manner, it would have worked for the film.
Technical aspects -
Director balaji's idea of interlinking the heroes disorder with murder is good. Gibran's background score is okay. Cinematographer Raj k nalli has done a good job. Production values are satisfactory for this tight-budgeted flick as most of the film shooted in natural locations.
Verdict -
Sebastian P.C 524 is crime drama with missed logics, poor screenplay. It remains as one time watchable as it has nothing except kiran Abbavaram's acting.
Rating - 2.5/5
