kanmani Rambo Khatija(KRK) Review | CinemyTalkies

Kanmani Rambo Khatija is a telugu dubbed tamil movie, starring Vijay Sethupathi as a male lead, Samantha and Nayanatara as female leads. It is directed by vignesh shivn and bankrolled by rowdy pictures. Anirudh scoring the music and vijay kartik kannan handled the camera. 

Story - 

Rambo (Vijay Sethupath) comes from a small village. Because of some reason he went to city and did many jobs. He falls in love with kanmani (Nayanathara) while working as a cab driver. He attracts khatija (Samantha) while working as a bouncer at night.Why did he date two girls? Who will he marry? That forms the rest of the story. 

Thumbs ups - 

The three star cast and their chemistry is the main and first positive for this movie. Vijay Sethupathi as rambo did absolutely well. It is like a tailor made role for him. After watching it, One can't assume anyone in sethupathi's role. He is too good in comedy and in romantic scenes. 

Nayanthara as a middle class girl and samantha as a posh girl did well and their performances are energetic. Scenes between these star cast are came out well. 

Thumbs down -

Emotions in this movie looks forced from the very beginning and also samantha's acting is too artificial. Even though it has a good concept, because of the execution it failed miserably. Vignesh has good scope to create some good drama. But he failed to do so. Some scenes looks irritating and love has no depth. It looks so fake. 

Technical Aspects - 

Background music by anirudh is good. Cinematography is also okay. Dialogues are also good. Director vignesh failed to create seriousness, deal with emotions. He made it silly. 

Verdict -

Except for the comedy secenes and the glamour of these two ladies, there is nothing to watch in it and at the end it is a one time watchable.
